Kyle Kappen - Western Washington Finance & Operations Director
Has a B.S. Degree in Finance and Marketing, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Kyle spent 2+ years with Washington Mutual in their Mortgage Accounting Department. After WAMU Kyle moved to McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless /Cingular where he spent 11+ years. Here he served as the Network Expense Director for their network engineering department. In May 2005 Kyle joined the Rudeen team as our Western Washington Finance Director focusing on Finance, Bank Relations, New project Acquisitions & Property Management; he will be responsible for all Operational matters in Western Washington.
