Kirk Kappen - Chief Financial Officer
Kirk Kappen graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) in 1994, with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. Kirk started his tenure with Rudeen Development back in 1987 on our first project at Juanita cove. After the U of W Kirk spent two quick years with Myer & Frank in Portland OR, as an assistant buyer. In 1996 Kirk returned to Rudeen Development, LLC. Residing in Spokane, he is the Chief Finance Officer of Rudeen Development, LLC and he is the Treasurer of Rudeen Management, Inc. Kirk assists Kevin Rudeen in legal, accounting and up-front jurisdictional issues.
