Mr. Rudeen is in his mid 40’s and has been in the industry since 1975 and owner of over 2,000 apartment units, and ~ 250,000 square feet of commercial office/warehouse.  He graduated from Seattle Pacific University, Seattle, WA, in 1985 with a B.S. in Marketing. Moreover, he is the CEO and Managing Member of Rudeen Development, LLC and President of Rudeen Management Company, Inc
