Company Information
Rudeen Development was formed
in December of 1986, as a sole proprietorship of Kevin Rudeen.
Kevin has been involved in the construction industry for more
than 25 years, working for his father in Spokane, Washington, as
well as three years as a project manager for C & M Construction
in Anchorage, Alaska. He graduated from Seattle Pacific
University in 1985.
In July of 1998, Rudeen
Development was separated into two separate entities. Kevin Rudeen
is 98% owner and manager of Rudeen Development LLC and he is also
the President and sole shareholder of Rudeen Management Company,
Inc.
Rudeen Development LLC has 19 full
time employees and Rudeen Management Company Inc. has over 15 full
time employees.
Rudeen Development, LLC. manages
all of the development and construction activities for which Kevin
Rudeen is involved. |
