Bart Bennett- VP of Project Management

Bart is in his mid 40’s and has been in the industry since 1980 including 16+ years in construction management.  He graduated from OIT, Oregon, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Previous Owner/Manager of the Westwater Group, Inc. Longview, WA and Operations Manager for Idaho Sand & Gravel Inc., Boise, ID.  Bart has been with Rudeen Development since 2000 and he is currently the project manager for multiple apartment and land development projects in the Spokane area.
