Rudeen Development, LLC is a development company with a core function of constructing and managing residential communities, commercial/light industrial properties, and offices. We have currently developed over 3,000 multi-family units in various communities throughout Washington State, Idaho and Nevada, including Seattle, Boise and Las Vegas. We are continually searching for new commercial and residential development opportunities in the greater Northwest area.

Rudeen Development was formed in December of 1986, as a sole proprietorship of Kevin Rudeen. Kevin has been involved in the construction industry since 1975, working for his father in Spokane, Washington, as well as three years as a project manager for C & M Construction in Anchorage, Alaska. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 1985. In July of 1998, Rudeen Development was separated into two separate entities. Kevin Rudeen is 98% owner and manager of Rudeen Development LLC and he is also the president and sole shareholder of Rudeen Management Company, Inc.
